Our Staff

Let us introduce you to our friendly Mud 'n' Tar staff.

Rod Mulvey, along with his wife Tracey, own Mud 'n' Tar Motorcycles. Rod has been on motorcycles on the dirt and on the road since the 1970's. He was bitten by the bug when his father brought home one of the first ag bikes available and found out that two wheels were better than 4 hooves. He moved off the land and amongst other things he came to specialize (with passion) in motorcycle mechanics.

He has totted up about 40 years of experience in his chosen career gaining experience in Sydney, Orange and Port Macquarie before starting Mud n Tar Motorcycles 12 years ago. He is always trying to hone his skills and knowledge so that he can offer the best to his customers. He still enjoys riding and can often be seen at an enduro or in the bush or going for a road ride with Tracey.

Tracey Mulvey, is Rod's wife, partner and off-sider, working beside Rod since Mud n Tars beginnings 12 years ago. Her main role in the business is administaration, finance and insurance. She met Rod 30 years ago and has been riding with him ever since. Tracey and Rod have three beautiful daughters (all of which are accounted for) and one of Traceys main jobs has been being a Mum and a homemaker for her family which is what she enjoys the most.

Brock Hollis has been with us since leaving school (even before then as a part timer) He looks after the front of house and is known far and wide for his friendly, attentive service and ever increasing knowledge of the industry. He is a keen budding enthusiast riding road, off road and is into freestyle motocross as well. He is usually one of the first pleasant experiences when you enter Mud n Tar Motorcycles.

Phillip Job is our very accomplished technician. He has been with us for about 10 years, starting off as an apprentice, for which he achieved the distinction of apprentice of the year for his excellence and dilligence. He is a steady young family man, an accomplished MX and road rider, passionate push bike rider and a first rate technician. Whatever he does he does well. Phil's work is always of a high standard and done in good time.
